University Onboarding
Admin logs in with Google account
Uploads course structure: subjects → topics → subtopics
AIRA suggests a plan based on student count (rounds up to next tier)
Admin pays via Razorpay - plan activates within seconds
Our AI engine reads the course and builds a knowledge graph - a map of all topics and their connections
Key insight
After this step, AIRA handles everything automatically. The admin's only other job is reviewing results.
Student Assessment
Student opens the test link sent by email
Logs in with college-issued Google account - domain validated against institution
JWT issued. WebSocket opens. First question delivered from the knowledge graph
Student reads and answers within a 5-minute timer. Time delta recorded
The system evaluates: correctness score + confidence indicator computed
Difficulty engine updates: correct → harder, incorrect → easier
Loop repeats for minimum 20 questions (more for larger plans)
Results saved: overall score, topic skill map, confidence rating, permanent portfolio link
Key insight
Each student receives a completely unique set of AI-generated questions. No two tests are alike.
Recruiter Engagement
University admin shares a leaderboard link with interested recruiters
Recruiter logs in and sees fully ranked student list with skill maps
Recruiter clicks 'Send Test' - ₹499 charged via Razorpay
AIRA generates a signed, job-specific test link tied to that student + job description
Link expires in 7 days. AWS SES sends the invitation to the student's email
Student completes job-specific adaptive assessment (same engine, different source)
Results shared: student portfolio updated, recruiter gets full skill breakdown
Key insight
The signed URL contains student ID, recruiter ID, job description ref, and an expiry timestamp. It cannot be shared or reused.
