How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking. Once the payment is successful, your testing slots are immediately activated.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. AIRA is completely pay-as-you-go. You do not need to sign any recurring subscription contracts or pay annual maintenance fees.
What if I need more slots mid-assessment?
If you have a sudden influx of students, you can instantly purchase top-up slots directly from your dashboard at the exact same volume tier pricing your initial block unlocked.
Are unused slots rolled over?
Yes. Slots purchased in a block remain permanently valid on your account. They never expire and are only deducted when a candidate actively begins their assessment.
